ABOUT NEUTO MEDIA™

Media creation and rights infrastructure for the AI era.

Neuto Media™ combines a next-generation AI media studio with Neuto™ Creator Passport infrastructure for persistent creator identity, machine-readable rights, AI authorization and traceable creative assets.

WHY NEUTO MEDIA

Music systems were built to manage releases and royalties. AI introduces a new permission problem.

Generative systems can train on music, synthesize voices, transform recordings and create derivative outputs at machine speed. The rights governing those actions can sit across different parties, contracts, territories and databases. A creator may control a voice permission while a label controls the master and publishers control the underlying composition.

Neuto creates a persistent control layer between those records and the AI action. It records who and what is involved, which policy version applies, what the request is asking to do, what decision was returned and how an authorized derivative relates to the original asset.

The objective is not to replace music-industry institutions. It is to make rights and consent more usable by software while preserving evidence for human review.

THE MODEL

Identity first. Rights explicit. AI use authorized. Assets traceable.

Neuto uses a small set of persistent trust primitives that can be applied across music workflows while keeping legal rights assertions, evidence states and authorization decisions distinct.

01

Identity

Creators and organizations need persistent identifiers tied to verification evidence and authorized relationships.

02

Rights

Rights assertions must identify scope, territory, evidence state and conflicts rather than presenting every claim as final ownership.

03

Authorization

AI use should be evaluated against active policy and context before transformation whenever the workflow supports it.

04

Traceability

Derivative music assets should remain connected to parent assets, authorization records, relevant models and evidence hashes.

INITIAL SCOPE

Music and synthetic voice first.

The first Neuto implementation focuses on the rights intersections where AI pressure is most immediate.

Creator PassportPersistent identity and authorized representation.
Asset PassportCompositions, masters and derivative recordings.
Voice PassportSynthetic voice and commercial-use permissions.
Rights PolicyMachine-readable AI training and transformation controls.
Authorization APIContextual policy evaluation for enterprise systems.
TraceabilitySource-to-derivative relationships and audit evidence.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Precise claims. Evidence-aware verification. No invented authority.

Neuto records creator identities, rights assertions, policy decisions and traceability evidence. The platform does not present itself as a court, regulator, copyright office or collecting society.

Verification language distinguishes declared information, document-supported claims, organization verification, disputes, expiration and revocation. Probabilistic AI detection remains separate from creator declarations and rights evidence.

Security, privacy, auditability and controlled disclosure are treated as product requirements because the trust record is only useful if the evidence behind it is protected.
