Creator Passport records and evaluates the identity, policy, rights and provenance context represented in the platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Neuto AI™ website, Neuto™ Creator Passport, verification services, developer interfaces or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional agreement that applies to your organization or deployment. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind or act for that organization within the scope of your use.
2. Service purpose
Neuto™ Creator Passport provides technology for creator and organization identity, media and music asset records, rights assertions, machine-readable policies, AI permissions, authorization evaluation, verification, provenance, chain-of-custody and audit workflows. Neuto AI™ is not a court, regulator, copyright office, collecting society, certification authority or substitute for legal advice.
3. Accounts, credentials and authorized access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, authentication factors and API keys associated with your account. You must use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access and must promptly report suspected credential compromise. Neuto may restrict, suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, rights holders, security or service integrity.
4. Enterprise deployments and organization responsibility
Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate user roles, maintaining authorized representatives, configuring workspace policies, validating information submitted by their users and establishing the legal or contractual basis for their use of creator, asset, rights and evidence data. Enterprise agreements may establish additional service levels, security controls, data-processing terms, fees and support obligations.
5. Creator, asset, rights and evidence information
You must have an appropriate basis to submit or manage creator information, media or music metadata, identity evidence, rights assertions, consent states, policy instructions, authorization context and provenance relationships. You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, fabricated or unauthorized rights information. Verification states and recorded evidence describe information represented in the platform and do not constitute a final legal determination of ownership, copyright validity, identity rights or entitlement.
7. Developer API and integrations
API credentials are confidential and may be scoped to particular workspaces or functions. You must comply with documented authentication requirements, rate limits, permitted scopes and applicable enterprise terms. You may not expose credentials in public code, share keys with unauthorized parties, bypass technical limits or use the API to retrieve data beyond your authorized purpose. Neuto may rotate, suspend or revoke credentials to protect service integrity.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the services to impersonate creators or organizations; fabricate rights or consent; circumvent policy or authorization controls; access restricted evidence without authority; interfere with service operation; probe or exploit security weaknesses without written authorization; introduce malicious code; scrape restricted data; compromise credentials; misrepresent verification results; or use the platform in violation of applicable law, contracts or third-party rights.
9. Security responsibilities
You must maintain reasonable security for accounts, endpoints, integrations and credentials under your control. Enterprise administrators should apply least-privilege access, remove former users promptly and review authorization and audit records appropriate to their environment. Security testing against production Neuto systems requires prior written authorization.
10. Intellectual property
Neuto AI™, Neuto™ Creator Passport, associated software, interfaces, documentation, visual systems and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant rights to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit Neuto technology or branding. Neuto does not acquire ownership of creator content, customer assets or customer data merely because they are processed by the platform, except for the limited rights necessary to provide the service under applicable agreements.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, Neuto AI™ may use that feedback to improve its products and services without an obligation to treat the feedback as confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Third-party systems and integrations
The service may interoperate with third-party infrastructure, identity providers, storage systems, AI services or other platforms. Neuto AI™ is not responsible for third-party products or for data handling that occurs outside Neuto-controlled systems. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
13. Availability, changes and beta functionality
Features may evolve, be added, modified or retired as the platform develops. Demonstration, preview, beta and pilot functionality may be changed and may not include every availability, compliance, security or integration capability required for production use. Production deployments should be subject to appropriate technical, security, legal and operational review.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any controlling enterprise agreement, the services are provided without a representation that every rights assertion is undisputed, every identity record is complete, or every authorization output resolves all legal obligations associated with a use of music, voice, likeness or synthetic media. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether additional permissions, contracts, notices or legal review are required.
15. Limitation and allocation of risk
Any warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, service credits or other allocation of commercial risk applicable to an enterprise customer should be governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, material breach, legal requirement, non-payment under an applicable agreement or expiration of an authorized relationship. Certain audit, provenance, authorization and security records may be retained where necessary for evidentiary integrity, contractual obligations, security or law.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Neuto AI™ services and operating requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page identifies the current revision. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law and agreement.
18. Contact
